8: Lubrication: Evergreen Company can use all kinds of wear-resistant, temperature-resistant, self-lubricating Evergreen maintenance-free long-life composite engineering plastic material nuts and screw rods with solid lubricating coating. Correct lubrication must be maintained to obtain satisfactory working life. Molybdenum disulfide screw special grease (spray) is recommend used in applications using long fine screw assemblies. The lead screw assembly needs to be lubricated often enough to keep a layer of lubricant on the lead screw. The interval of lubrication is determined according to the actual application.
Note: CJ composite engineering plastic material nut adopts self-lubricating and non-lubricating operation. To achieve maximum life, it is recommended to use an initial coating of lubricating grease.
